B4Industry has the ambition to have a close cooperation with universities and research institutes.

Since a number of our employees have a background from research it is both natural and important for us to have a close cooperation with universities and research institutes.

Through this cooperation we have a win-win situation where the research can benefit from our experience and we can get feedback from the researchers.

Examples of projects, in which we are involved at the moment:

TIME (manufacturing efficiency through IT support and methods)

This is a government supported research project lead by IVF with support from the Technical Universities in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Lund.

SAMMA (specification of modern modulized production units)

This is a government supported research project led by the Swedish Standardization Authority.
