MONEY (MONitoring of Equipment efficiencY) is a fully automatic system for monitoring of effectiveness with the possibility of manual interaction.

• Fully automatic, i. e. all changes of status within the machine is registered and time stamped without any intervenience of the operator.
• The possibility of manual interaction, so that further information can be gathered. The system is thereby self-learning.
• Web-based, so that all changes made immediately reach all users.
• Standardized communication interface via MMS to the machines, which is available from most control manufacturers, for example Siemens, Indramat, Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Modicon, etc.

The base in MONEY is a SQL data base for gathering all information. In the data base you can figure your manufacturing by defining machines, machine groups, departments etc.

For the administration of the system a powerful administrative tool makes it easy to make changes as your environment changes.

The web interface gives the users the possibility to interact and to get statistic data in form of graphs and sheets.

In MONEY the users have also a completely manual interface, so that he or she can manually feed production data for units or stations which are not automatically connected (for example assembly).
